Founder history:
Dr. Woraphon Wangkananon graduated in engineering major in industrial engineering (Bachelor-Master-Major) from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok.
He also holds a master’s degree in cosmetic science from Mae Fah Luang University and a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA) from the university of Eastern Asia.
Therefore, Dr. Woraphon has researched many pieces of research related to both engineering and cosmetic sciences.
His work experience,starting from cosmetic wholesale trade for more than 20 years until starting to develop their own products and opened a cosmetic factory by the inventor of the formula factory layout design amd set up a good production system (GMP) and ERP system all by himself.
At present, besides holding a position as the company’s chairman TNK Beauty Co., Ltd. He also a lecturer of the faculty of logistics and supply chain at Sripatum University.
He teaching at the master’s degree and doctorate degree as well,whether in university, SME entrepreneur or an any organization interested in cosmetic business.

ดร.วรพล วังฆนานนท์ จบการศึกษาด้านวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ (ตรี-โท-เอก) จากมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีพระจอมเกล้าพระนครเหนือ นอกจากนี้ยังจบปริญญาโทด้านวิทยาศาสตร์เครื่องสำอาง จากมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และปริญญาเอกด้านบริหารธุรกิจ (DBA) จากมหาวิทยาลัยอีสเทิร์นเอเชีย ดังนั้น ดร.วรพล จึงมีงานวิจัยหลายชิ้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับศาสตร์ทั้งทางด้านวิศวกรรมและเครื่องสำอาง
ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานที่ผ่านมา เริ่มจากการค้าส่งเครื่องสำอางมากว่า 20 ปี จนเริ่มพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของตนเอง และเปิดโรงงานรับผลิตเครื่องสำอาง โดยเป็นผู้คิดค้นสูตร ออกแบบผังโรงงาน วางระบบการผลิตที่ดี (GMP) และระบบ ERP เอง ทั้งหมด
ปัจจุบันนอกจากจะดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นประธานบริหารบริษัท ทีเอ็นเคบิวตี้ จำกัด แล้ว ยังเป็นอาจารย์ประจำ ของคณะโลจิสติกส์และซัพพลายเชน มหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม โดยสอนในระดับปริญญาโท-เอก อีกด้วย นอกจากนี้ ดร.วรพล ยังได้รับเชิญจากหลายๆภาคส่วนให้เป็นวิทยากรบรรยาย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมหาวิทยาลัย ผู้ประกอบการ SME หรือหน่วยงานที่สนใจด้านธุรกิจเครื่องสำอาง
